Frends Technology's very first client, a leading Finnish gasoline retailer, came to us in 1988 in search of a centralized management system. In order to run its distributed business environment more effectively, the company needed to monitor sales transactions, and to integrate information between stores in numerous locations throughout Finland.

Frends implemented a customized integration solution for the company, developing software which would eventually become the FRENDS product available today.  The centralized, online integration system Frends provided enabled the company to create an interconnected real-time enterprise, and FRENDS' easy-to-use integration tools cut down on time and costs.

FRENDS new management integrating hundreds of point-of-sales locations resulted in faster realization of revenue, and its expanded monitoring capabilities enabled the firm to troubleshoot business workflows more effectively.  Now a longstanding client, the company has used every version of Frends' innovative software, and currently uses FRENDS in tandem with BizTalk server.
